In 2002 Marshall Field’s State Street Store in Chicago, the second largest department store in the world underwent a massive renovation project.  This was in conjunction to celebrating a 150 year anniversary. The fast pace project encompassed many of the floors included specialty shops as well.  A flagship and high profile space the design featuring a radical departure from the old fashion image that Field’s was trying to shed. The scope of work includes pavilions, showcases, back islands, cash wraps and perimeter work. The combination of American Walnut, plastic laminates, custom stainless steel and glass made for very unique project.
